What would you do?

- Own the end-to-end design governance and performance of global learning experience design and content development processes across the enterprise learning ecosystem.
- Drive standardization, efficiency, digital-first methodologies, and high-quality learner experiences across learning modalities and delivery channels.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for process decisions, quality frameworks, innovation enablement, and Talent Development Instruction Design.
- Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant years of experience in learning design, content development, or learning transformation leadership.
- Experience managing global learning operations, design teams,



or large-scale learning programs.
- Strong background in process standardization, content production workflows, and experience design governance.

What are we looking for?

- Experience with GenAI tools, Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Adobe, Synthesia, and other rapid authoring or automation solutions.
- Experience with LMS, LXP ecosystems, and service management tools including ServiceNow, Jira, and PWA.
- Certifications in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Agile Content Development, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Flexible collaboration across global time zones, including evening coverage when required.
- Limited travel based on project demands.
- Strong project and program management capability.
- Expertise in instructional design, experience design, authoring tools, and modern digital learning methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities





- Process Design and Architecture: Lead the end-to-end learning content lifecycle across intake, scoping, design, development, quality assurance, publishing, and sustainment. Drive digital-first frameworks, automation, AI-enabled content creation, and content reuse.

- Standards and Governance: Define global standards, methodologies, templates, quality frameworks, accessibility compliance requirements, and instructional design best practices across all delivery models.

- Process Documentation and Controls: Maintain process documentation, workflows, RACI matrices, SOPs, governance controls, version management, and change management processes.

- Localization and Quality Management: Govern localization, translation, and cultural adaptation standards. Establish quality assurance testing, acceptance criteria, and release readiness processes.

- Training and Deployment Support: Enable instructional designers, developers, SMEs, and vendor teams through training, pilot programs, deployment readiness reviews, content migration, and post-launch stabilization support.

- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Monitor learning effectiveness, quality, efficiency, and learner feedback. Drive process improvements through analytics, automation, GenAI, immersive learning, and emerging technologies.

- Stakeholder Leadership: Lead learning design and development governance while partnering with SMEs, technology teams, business stakeholders, and delivery leaders to drive capability development and operational excellence.
