- Manage order tracking and delivery coordination
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and calls
- Coordinate with vendors and courier partners
- Assist with returns, refunds, and issue resolution
- Maintain operational records and reports

- Good communication skills, Marathi and English
- Robust organizational abilities
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
