About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven professional to develop financial and customer behaviour models for a rewards programme. The role focuses on quantitative analytics, financial forecasting, customer insights and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain customer-level financial and behavioural models.
- Develop financial forecasts, scenario analyses and sensitivity models.
- Analyse customer transactions and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Support budgeting, cost management and rewards programme optimisation.
- Validate models, maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Automate analytical processes and build scalable modelling solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Robust hands-on experience in Python – Data Science and SAS .
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in financial forecasting, quantitative modelling and customer analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
