JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Data Scientist (Associate) with experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving. The candidate will work with structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, develop analytical models, generate business insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
2. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
3. Develop, validate, and maintain statistical and machine learning models for prediction, classification, segmentation, and forecasting.
4. Apply statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, correlation analysis, and probability modeling.
5. Perform feature engineering and feature selection to improve model performance.
6. Evaluate models using appropriate performance metrics, validation strategies, and cross-validation techniques.
7. Translate business problems into analytical approaches and measurable objectives.
8. Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights.
9. Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders.
10. Document analytical methodologies, assumptions, limitations, and results.
11. Support model deployment, monitoring, and periodic performance evaluation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3–5 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
2. Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics,



Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
3. Strong programming skills in Python or R.
4. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
5. Robust foundation in statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and regression.
6. Hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SciPy, or equivalent libraries.
7. Experience developing and evaluating supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
8. Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
9. Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and overfitting prevention.
10. Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience with time-series analysis, forecasting, customer segmentation, classification, or propensity modeling.
2. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and machine learning platforms.
3. Experience working with large datasets and data processing frameworks.
4. Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and reproducible analytical workflows.
5. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business analytics projects.

Pay: ₹609,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
