Position Name – Research & Data Analyst

Brief about the position:

The Research & Data Analyst position at FunFirst looks after research, data management and analysis for skill development work. The role involves carrying out research and corporate mapping assignments, managing and analysing data, and turning findings into clear visualisations, reports and pitch presentations.

:

1.Research & Analysis:

Planning and carrying out research, corporate mapping and data analytics assignments in India, from design through completion.

2.Data Management:

Managing, cleaning and analysing programme and sector data using advanced Excel.

3.Data Visualisation & Reporting:

Presenting findings through clear data visualisations and well-formatted reports.

4.Pitch Design:

Designing PowerPoint pitches and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

5.Reporting and Team

Reporting to the Reporting Manager, FunFirst.

6.Work Location, Language Spoken

Work location: Hyderabad or Mumbai.

7.Language skills: Business fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.

Skill Set

Data & Analysis:



Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis

Data Visualisation: Ability to present findings through clear, effective visualisations

Presentations & Formatting: PowerPoint pitch design and professional report formatting

Communication: Business fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage

8.Grade & Salary

5LPA to 8LPA

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Commerce, Management, Social Sciences, or Data Analytics.

5 years of professional experience in development research, skill development data management, or corporate sector analysis.

Record of successful completion of at least 3 similar research, corporate mapping, or data analytics assignments in India.

Timely completion of research and data analytics assignments

Accurate, well-managed programme and sector data

High-quality visualisations, reports and pitch presentations

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
