Role Description The Data Mining Engineer will design, implement, and optimize data mining pipelines that power Unifers.ai’s enrichment and profiling capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing large datasets, developing scalable algorithms for pattern discovery, and extracting actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.

The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and data science teams to improve lead identification, profile enrichment, and conversion workflows, as well as monitoring model performance and data quality. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, requiring regular engagement with cross-functional stakeholders to support high-impact, data-informed product decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analysis for large and complex datasets.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics to support modeling, hypothesis testing, and performance evaluation.




- Candidates should possess expertise in Algorithms and Data Mining techniques for clustering, classification, recommendation, and pattern discovery.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for data work (such as Python or R) and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with big data frameworks or tooling (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or similar) and cloud platforms is beneficial.
- Background in data-intensive applications such as lead scoring, profile enrichment, or recommendation systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site workplace, communicate complex ideas clearly, and adhere to ethical data practices and privacy standards.
