Role Description The Data Analyst role at Digital Web Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. In this role, the individual will collect, clean, and analyze marketing and operational data from various sources to generate actionable insights. Typical responsibilities include building dashboards and reports, performing statistical analysis, and supporting data modeling efforts to optimize campaigns, lead generation, and client performance.

and product teams to translate data findings into clear recommendations and communicate results to stakeholders in a concise, accessible manner. The role also involves ongoing monitoring of key performance metrics, identifying trends or anomalies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive insights.
- Solid foundation in statistics, including understanding of statistical tests, distributions, and confidence intervals.
- Experience with data modeling, including structuring data for reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience in digital marketing or familiarity with metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
