Job Title: Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records and manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors wherever required.
- Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and records.
- Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow company guidelines.
- Coordinate with team members to collect and update required information.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements:





- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
