Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and attentive Security Gate Data Entry Operator to maintain records of vehicles, materials, visitors, employees, and goods entering and leaving the spinning mill premises. The candidate must have basic computer knowledge, valuable data entry skills, and the ability to coordinate with security personnel and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Record all incoming and outgoing vehicle details in the system or register.
- Enter vehicle number, driver name, mobile number, arrival time, and departure time.
- Maintain inward and outward material records, including cotton, yarn, waste, and other materials.
- Record goods receipt notes, delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes.
- Maintain visitor entry and exit records.
- Record contractor,



supplier, customer, and other visitor details.
- Verify vehicle and material documents before updating gate entry records, as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with stores, dispatch, security, accounts, and other departments for material movement.
- Maintain records of employee and contract labour entry and exit, if required.
- Prepare daily reports of vehicle movement, material movement, and visitor entries.
- Ensure all gate entry details are accurate and updated on time.
- Immediately report discrepancies, unauthorized movements, or missing documents to the security supervisor.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company records.
