Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role is based in Hyderabad.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights that support business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building dashboards and reports, performing statistical analysis, and creating data models to explain trends and forecast outcomes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translating business needs into analytical solutions, and presenting findings in a clear and accessible way.

Analyst will also help improve data processes, ensure data quality, and contribute to continuous optimization of analytics practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and practical experience applying statistical methods.
- Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Hyderabad and manage multiple priorities is expected.
- Experience in technology or consulting domains and familiarity with data governance and data quality practices are an advantage.
