Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support business teams in making data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets, and proficiency in at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.

The candidate will collaborate with business, product, and data engineering teams to gather requirements, analyze datasets, develop reports and dashboards, automate recurring tasks, and translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Extract, explore, and analyze data from databases and other sources using SQL.
- Clean and validate datasets, identify missing values, and investigate data inconsistencies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, MicroStrategy, or similar tools.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Automate recurring reports and data-processing tasks using Excel, Google Sheets, or other suitable tools.
- Identify data quality issues and coordinate with data engineering teams to resolve them.
- Validate business requirements and obtain stakeholder sign-off before implementing analytical solutions.
- Track the impact of insights and support business teams in evaluating outcomes.
- Document analytical processes and share knowledge across teams.

Required Technical Skills
- SQL: Strong understanding of complex queries, joins, subqueries, data extraction, and analysis.
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets: Data cleaning, pivot tables, formulas, data exploration, and basic automation.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with at least one of Tableau, Power BI, Metabase,



or MicroStrategy.
- Data Analysis: Data validation, exploratory analysis, reporting, and interpretation of trends.
- Business Intelligence: Ability to convert business requirements into meaningful reports and insights.
- Communication: Ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with statistics, data mining, and business intelligence.
- Exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, or consumer-facing business environments.
- Basic understanding of forecasting, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
- Experience automating repetitive reporting and analytical workflows.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant qualified experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data inquisitiveness.
- Ability to investigate data discrepancies and solve analytical problems independently.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand business challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.

Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Relevant practical experience and strong analytical skills will also be considered.

Role Details

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
