Role Overview We are seeking a skilled, responsible, and experienced Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity projects. The selected skilled will work closely with CGST leadership and assigned technical specialists to ensure professional project execution, effective team coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality security assessment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and supervise cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion.

- Lead and manage assigned technical security professionals.

- Coordinate VAPT, security assessments, and other authorized cybersecurity engagements.

- Develop project execution plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Review technical findings, security assessment reports, and recommendations.

- Maintain professional communication with clients and project stakeholders.

- Identify project risks, resolve operational issues, and escalate critical matters.

- Ensure technical activities remain within approved project scope and written authorization.

- Maintain confidentiality, professional ethics,



and information security standards.

- Provide regular progress updates and project reports to CGST leadership.

- Ensure deliverables meet agreed technical and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of relevant qualified cybersecurity experience.

- Proven experience coordinating or managing cybersecurity projects.

- Strong understanding of VAPT, vulnerability management, security assessments, and cybersecurity risk management.

- Ability to lead technical teams and supervise project execution.

- Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and organizational skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities within assigned responsibilities.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

- High standards of professional integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing client-facing cybersecurity engagements.

- Knowledge of SOC operations, incident response, network security, or cloud security.

- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams.

- Relevant cybersecurity or project management certifications.

- Experience reviewing technical assessment reports and security recommendations.

Work Arrangement - Remote — India.

- Project-based contractual engagement only.

- Flexible working arrangements,

- Assignments depend on confirmed client projects and operational requirements.

- No guaranteed minimum number of projects or working days.

- Project responsibilities, duration, deliverables, and engagement terms will be agreed upon before each assignment.

- The Project Manager will operate within CGST-approved project scope and delegated authority.

- Commercial commitments, scope modifications, and other reserved decisions require prior approval from CGST leadership.
