Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Major tasks and responsibilities of position :

1. Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for sales and our customers related to sales orders, returns, complaints, Customer Master Data and first level of support for Sales Force (CSM).
2. Support the Sales team in maintaining the customer master data for all customers (domestic and international).
3. Responsible for booking & follow up of orders (commercial & trials) from external customers. This includes domestic and international customers.
4. Execute customer returns and be responsible for capturing and storing the right documentation.
5. Registrate and follow up on customer complaints, by following the complaint policy.
6. Support all statuary and internal audits in the department for Customer Service.
7. Engaging in all QHSE activities and effective implementation of all the QHSE Specific Key requirements. Overall responsibility to ensure the functional compliance to QHSE Global and all relevant local QHSE legislation and ensure all safety measures are maintained.

Experience & Qualifications Bachelors degree within business related discipline

Proven record of being able to communicate with diverse cultures and functions

Proven record of being able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace 5 years of experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE in a multinational organization.

Solid understanding of Order to Deliver practices and process

Have a serving and challenging mind-set to make things happen.
