About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to help customers resolve technical issues and improve their overall product experience.

The role involves working closely with Customers, Product, QA, and Engineering teams to identify issues, provide solutions, and ensure smooth platform usage.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical thinking, problem-solving, and working in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and resolve customer technical issues through support channels
- Work with Product, QA, and Engineering teams for issue tracking and resolution
- Analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Support product onboarding, configuration, and feature adoption
- Monitor customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources
- Assist in improving workflows and support processes

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of software products or technology platforms
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any graduate degree
- Exposure to SaaS, B2B products, or technical environments is an advantage
- 0 – 1 year of experience in technical support or related roles
