About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to assist with customer enquiries, manage follow-ups, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for freshers who want to develop communication, customer relationship management, and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer questions professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, appointments, services, and project updates.
- Maintain customer information, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and operations teams to address customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.
- Escalate complex complaints or unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Collect customer feedback and help improve customer satisfaction.




- Maintain professional communication and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with daily customer support activities and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and email.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and telephone-based customer communication.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th pass or graduate; freshers are welcome.
- Students and recent graduates may apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Prior customer support experience is not mandatory.
