MCUT Factory is looking for a Customer Support Executive with good Hindi communication skills to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Communicate with customers in Hindi and explain product details and pricing.

- Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending orders.

- Coordinate with the sales and production teams regarding customer requirements.

- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.

- Build customer relationships and support order conversion.

Requirements

- Hindi speaking is mandatory.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of calling experience can apply.

- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Tamil and English communication skills are an added advantage.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Weekly Off: Sunday

- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
