We are looking for confident and motivated freshers with good communication skills to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, answering questions, and providing helpful information.

The role involves communicating with customers through calls, emails, messages, and other communication channels. Candidates should be comfortable speaking and writing in English, have good listening skills, and be willing to learn new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and provide clear and accurate information
- Respond to customer enquiries, questions, and requests
- Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general queries
- Follow up with customers when required
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information when required
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide timely support and ensure a positive customer experience




- Learn and use customer support software, booking platforms, and other relevant tools
- Support day-to-day customer service and operational activities

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident communication in English
- Good listening and understanding skills
- Ability to communicate information clearly and politely
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using email, MS Office, WhatsApp, and online tools
- Ability to learn new software and processes
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
