Role: Customer Support Executive

Experience: 0.6Year to 3 Years

Location: Zamin Pallavaram, Chennai

Language: Hindi/Telugu along with Tamil and English

Shift: Rotational Shift

We are looking for a "Customer Support Executive" to support projects for a wide variety of clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot basic technical issues, build strong relationships with customers, fact-find to identify needs while recognizing opportunities and trends to share back with key partners and ensure that all our customers find satisfactory resolutions to issues. Candidates should be natural problem solvers who continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and extraordinary customer satisfaction

Roles and responsibilities

1. Solving new customer issues
2. Using customer relationship management software (CRM) to document customer interactions
3. Solving Queries through Calls, Emails and Chats
4. Listening to individual calls to ensure quality
5. Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
6. Creating reports for the director of customer services
7.



Suggesting new procedures to improve customer service

8. Resolving escalated customer issues

Qualification
1. Should have Minimum 1 Year of experience as a customer support executive
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
