Eqsoft Business Solutions Pvt Ltd provides ERP and business software solutions that help businesses streamline their operations and improve efficiency. We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to assist our clients with ERP software usage, technical troubleshooting, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers using ERP software.

- Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with the team.

- Assist customers with ERP data entry, configuration, and operations.

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, online support, and onsite visits when required.

- Guide customers on software features and help them use the system effectively.

- Maintain records of customer queries, issues, and resolutions.

- Coordinate with implementation and development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, software support, ERP support, or a related field.

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.

- Basic computer knowledge and an aptitude for learning software applications.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.

- Willingness to learn ERP software and provide customer assistance.

- Interested candidates with relevant experience and residing in Thrissur or nearby areas are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
