Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Support Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional responses via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues effectively.
- Maintain transparent and professional communication with customers in English.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Follow company policies, support procedures, and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Build positive customer relationships and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service,



or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, email, and customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
