Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Support Associate (Email & Chat) for a 1 to 3-month full-time remote role. This position focuses on providing prompt, professional written assistance to users, resolving service inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries, service requests, and issues through live chat and email support channels.
- Maintain professional, clear, and empathetic written communication in all interactions.
- Log,



prioritize, and track support tickets using internal CRM and ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Follow established communication guidelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

- Any Graduate or ongoing undergraduate degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or related fields (Freshers welcome).
- Excellent written English communication and email etiquette.
- Good typing speed and comfortable managing real-time chat interactions.
- Empathetic problem-solver with a robust customer-first attitude.
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Compensation & Details:
- Stipend: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Duration: 1 to 3 Months
- Work Mode: Remote (India)
- Certificate: Internship completion certificate upon successful project delivery.
