We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage potential customers through outbound calling and other lead-generation activities. The role focuses on building pipelines, closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases
- Identify customer needs and pitch company products/services effectively
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Requirements & Skills

- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or cold calling (preferred)
- Solid communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools




- Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-driven attitude
- Comfortable with travelling for client meetings or events whenever required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques
