- Customer Onboarding: Guide recent clients through setup, configuration, and early-stage training to ensure a smooth transition.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular touchpoints with a dedicated portfolio of clients to understand their evolving business goals.
- Product Adoption: Monitor customer health scores and product usage data to identify accounts that need additional training or guidance.
- Retention & Renewals: Drive account renewals, identify expansion or upselling opportunities, and proactively mitigate churn risks.
- Advocacy & Feedback: Act as the internal voice of the customer, gathering feedback to share with product and operations teams for continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
