Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for engagement of at least 20 accounts (about 35-40 lakhs of annual business)

- Communicating in Telugu either Native/ Professionally

- Should be able to plan & execute all webinars/programs/campaigns (Engagement overall)

- Should be able to do Mentoring of CSM-1

- Should be able to do Launches and Report discussions if required

- Should be able to analyze the data, create reports

- Should be able to do Engagement Discussions without the presence of SCSM

- Should be able to travel

- Should be able to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation/Post Graduation required with Graduation in Psychology field considered as an advantage

- Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory





- 1-2 years of experience required in customer success, human resources, business development, customer service, marketing or relevant fields.

- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets

- Basic knowledge in Psychology

- Prioritization skills (Time Management)

- Communication- Able to communicate and write well

- Active Listening - Able to listen, understand and then respond appropriately

- Presentation skills
