We are looking for a Customer Solutions Associate to handle software implementation, customer support and relationship management at client locations. The role involves product demonstrations, customer training, service visits, payment follow-ups and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement software solutions at customer locations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer training.
- Handle customer service calls and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and renewals.
- Build solid and long-term customer relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Create awareness about AXN products, solutions and services.
- Identify additional business opportunities from existing customers.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and update CRM records.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, customer success, ERP support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Basic understanding of software/business applications.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with Tally/ERP/software implementation experience will be preferred.
