JD – Customer Service Executive (Air Import, Air Export & Ocean Import)

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in hand per month

Job Responsibilities

Handle Air Export and Cross Trade shipments efficiently.

Prepare competitive freight quotations and job costing.

Coordinate with local and international clients for smooth shipment execution.

Negotiate freight rates and services with airlines, shipping lines and overseas agents.

Manage MNC client accounts and ensure timely execution of critical shipments.

Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless shipment movement.

Possess sound knowledge of customs procedures, airport operations, and export/import documentation.

Independently handle freight forwarding operations and customer service.

Ensure timely job invoicing, shipment updates, and MIS reports.

Resolve customer queries with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.





Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Profile

Graduate (Any Discipline)

Minimum 1+ year of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry

Strong knowledge of Air Export, Ocean Import, Air Import and Cross Trade Operations

Experience in freight quotations, pricing, and job costing

Good negotiation skills with airlines and overseas agents

Excellent communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills

Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive work approach

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
