- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a skilled and timely manner.

- Communicate with customers regarding travel packages, itineraries, bookings, and destination-related queries.

- Coordinate with the sales team, operations team, and destination partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Provide timely updates on bookings, confirmations, travel schedules, and other customer requirements.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved promptly.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards providing effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.

- Assist in providing travel-related information for destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Kenya, and Vietnam.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
