Roles and Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers in Tamil or Malayalam.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain professional communication during customer interactions.
- Follow established procedures and service quality standards.
- Support daily customer service operations.

Eligibility Criteria




- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam is required.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and rotational weekly offs.
