Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer – CRO (Ticketing & Tours)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: Plus Two / Graduation

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our ticketing and tours team in Kochi.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries related to flight tickets, tour packages, and travel services.
- Communicate with customers and provide travel-related information.
- Assist with ticket bookings, tour package enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
- Build good customer relationships and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements:

- Plus Two or Graduation.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Compulsory) and English.
- Positive customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn ticketing and travel operations.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
