Summary

TrueAds Pvt Ltd is looking for friendly, professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Executives to manage client communication and ensure excellent customer service.

The selected candidates will coordinate with customers regarding printing, advertising, designing, signage and other marketing services while maintaining solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through phone calls, messages and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders and project updates.
- Handle customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update enquiry status.




- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office applications.
- Customer service or coordination experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
