Job Title: CRM Executive
:
We are looking for a responsible and organized CRM Executive with basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and calling abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update data in Excel or CRM software.
- Track customer inquiries, leads, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with customers and the internal team.
- Maintain daily calling and tracking reports.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Positive communication and calling skills.
- Ability to manage customer data and track follow-ups.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Freshers with relevant skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
