We are looking for an experienced CRM skilled to join our team.

Position: CRM – Sales

Location: Wayanad, Kerala

Experience: Previous experience in CRM is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Manage sales leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/DMS.
- Monitor leads, appointments, test drives, and conversions.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Prepare CRM-related reports and maintain daily follow-up records.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Degree / PG preferred.
- Relevant experience in CRM – Sales is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Experience with CRM/DMS software is preferred.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Candidates from the automobile/dealership industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wayanad, Kerala
