We are looking for a qualified, polite, and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, experience in handling customers, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and helpful support.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending inquiries.

Requirements:

- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, patient, and professional approach to customer handling.




- Prior experience in customer support, customer relations, or sales is preferred.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and lead conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally.
