Roles and Responsibilities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the lead database.
- Attend inbound inquiries and provide product information.
- Generate appointments for showroom visits and vehicle test drives.
- Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and sales prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹9,889.11 - ₹19,707.21 per month
