WE’RE HIRING | CRM Executive (Furniture)

Location: Rama Street, Vidhan Sabha Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience : 2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely service.
- Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and regular communication.
- Follow up on leads, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.
- Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of complaints.

Requirements:

- 2–6 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or client servicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in furniture, interiors, home decor, or related industries will be preferred.
