Atoma India is a salon-at-home platform that brings premium beauty and wellness services directly to customers' doorsteps. We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Experience team and help us deliver an exceptional customer journey.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with bookings, service inquiries, rescheduling, cancellations, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about Atoma's salon-at-home services, packages, offers, and pricing.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to collect feedback.
- Coordinate with beauticians and internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, complaints, and follow-ups.




- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and encourage repeat bookings.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first attitude with patience and a positive approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints calmly.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
