Job Summary myG India Pvt Ltd is seeking for warm, positive, and customer-oriented Customer Delight Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, assisting customers effectively, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers with a pleasant and qualified approach
- Understand customer needs and guide them in choosing the right products
- Maintain a tidy, well-organized, and inviting store atmosphere
- Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying experience from the moment they enter until they leave.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, Reception, or other customer-facing roles preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
