We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and support.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in English . malayalam ,tamil
- Kannada or other language skills will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
