Customer Support Executive Food Delivery Process (Day Shift)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading food chain's customer support process. Candidates will handle customer queries related to food orders, delivery issues, order status, and other food-related concerns.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Minimum B2-level English communication skills.
- Positive grammatical accuracy with no major grammatical mistakes.
- No strong mother-tongue influence (MTI).
- Basic knowledge of Customer Service Associate (CSA) responsibilities.

Work Details:
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
- Rotational night shifts for both male and female candidates.
- No cab facility available.
- Night allowance provided depending on logout timing.

Salary Details:

Freshers

- CTC: 24,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: 20,000 per month

Experienced Candidates:
- CTC: 27,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: 24,000 per month
