About the Club The club is an upcoming luxury children's members' club designed for children from 6 months to 7 years and their families. More than a place for classes, this club is a thoughtfully designed world where children explore, create, move, imagine and grow, while families slow down, connect and create meaningful memories together. We're building something unlike anything currently available in Indiaan experience-led club where every visit feels inspiring, joyful and worth returning for.

We're looking for a Founding Curriculum Director to help shape this vision from the ground up.

About the Role This is not a traditional curriculum role. We're looking for someone who thinks beyond lesson plans—someone deeply creative, endlessly curious and excited by the opportunity to build an entirely new children's experience from scratch. You will design the club’s original learning philosophy, signature programmes and studio experiences while ensuring every activity is developmentally meaningful, highly engaging and fresh enough for children who visit regularly over many years.

Key Responsibilities • Design club’s original curriculum and learning philosophy for children aged 6 months to 7 years.

- Develop age-appropriate learning objectives and progression pathways across all age groups.
- Create annual curriculum frameworks, monthly themes and weekly lesson plans for the club’s indoor and outdoor studios.
- Design original, proprietary programmes and signature experiences unique to the club rather than adapting existing curricula.
- Create engaging sensory, creative, movement, performance, STEM, maker and experiential programmes that inspire curiosity and imagination.




- Develop curriculum that remains engaging for repeat members over multiple years through rotating themes, progressive learning pathways and continually evolving experiences.
- Balance child development with member delight, repeat engagement and long-term retention when designing every programme.
- Prepare facilitator guides, lesson plans, activity manuals, material recommendations and implementation resources.
- Collaborate with the Club Director and wider leadership team to bring the club’s vision to life.
- Research global best practices and children's clubs to continuously introduce fresh ideas and creative experiences.
- Support curriculum pilots, gather feedback and refine programmes prior to launch. Who We're Looking For • Thinks creatively and isn't afraid to challenge conventional early-years programming.

Qualifications &

Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Psychology or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience designing early childhood curriculum, enrichment programmes or experiential learning environments.
- Strong understanding of child development from infancy through early primary years.
- Experience creating curriculum frameworks, lesson plans and facilitator resources.
- Exposure to inquiry-led, play-based, Reggio Emilia, Montessori or similar child-centred approaches is highly desirable.
- Experience across art, movement, music, drama, storytelling, STEM, maker education or creative learning is an advantage.
