Customer Service Executive

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Day Shift

Weekly Off: Sunday – Fixed Off

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 Gross per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team for a Automobile Process. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their operation journey, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to the Automobile process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding available services and processes.
- Handle various customer queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Assist customers with their questions related to car purchase, documentation, process status, and other relevant information.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate responses through the appropriate communication channels.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update information as required.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.




- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout every interaction.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable working on CRM/system-based applications.
- Candidates with Customer Service / BPO / Automobile experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Should be comfortable working from the Juinagar, Navi Mumbai location.
