Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle, from booking confirmation to possession and handover.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, grievances, and escalations professionally.

- Lead and coordinate the CRM / After-Sales team to ensure efficient customer service.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.

- Monitor customer agreements, payment schedules, outstanding dues, documentation, and possession-related activities.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests in accordance with defined turnaround times (TAT) and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Maintain accurate customer records, CRM data, and regular MIS reports.

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan, loan disbursement,



and related documentation.

- Oversee possession formalities, documentation, and property handover.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

- Customer-oriented, qualified, and solution-focused.

- Capable of managing customer escalations and coordinating with multiple departments.

- Strong organizational and team management skills.

- Able to manage multiple customer requests while meeting defined timelines.

- Candidates without real estate industry experience will not be considered.
