Job Summary:

We are looking for a experienced professional and customer-focused CRM Executive who is able to handle customer service in a good way. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in building trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions directly via phone, with patience and professionalism .
2. Address customer concerns, provide accurate product/service information, and resolve issues promptly and effectively .
3. Maintain a calm and positive attitude while managing difficult or irate customers .
4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up .
5.



Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience .

Education / Qualification

1. Graduate degree holder in any discipline.
2. Must have 2-4 years of experience in CRM.
3. Tamil with clear, confident, and courteous verbal and written communication . other language is an added advantage.
4. Professional grooming and presentable appearance for client-facing interaction
5. Strong ability to handle customer service in a valuable way, with empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools .

Work mode: In-person Location: Thekkalur, Avinashi.
