– CRM Manager (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain customer databases, booking records, payment updates, and CRM reports.
- Monitor payment follow-ups, documentation, agreements, and possession schedules.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding project updates and construction progress.
- Track customer satisfaction and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on customer interactions, pending payments, complaints, and project updates.




- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and CRM procedures.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Good coordination, reporting, and team management abilities.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive professional with strong customer relationship management skills and practical knowledge of real estate booking, documentation, payment follow-ups, and post-sales services.
