Role Description : The Head of Customer Relationship Management is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for designing and executing CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value across all customer segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer data, overseeing market segmentation initiatives, and tracking key performance metrics to drive customer experience improvements.

The Head of CRM will collaborate with sales, marketing, and store operations teams to implement engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and personalized communication. The role also involves leading and mentoring a CRM team, managing CRM tools and processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

- Strong customer retention and customer experience skills,



with a track record of designing and implementing customer loyalty or engagement programs.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience in market segmentation, including proficiency in interpreting customer data and using insights to drive decision-making.
- Proven team management capabilities, including leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring team members in a retail or service-oriented workplace.
- Experience with CRM platforms, customer data tools, and reporting dashboards; familiarity with jewelry or retail sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in a customer-facing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications in CRM or data analytics are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
