- Manage and maintain customer information, leads, and sales records in the CRM system.

- Update customer databases regularly and ensure data accuracy.

- Track leads, follow up with prospects, and coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

- Manage customer queries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups.

- Execute CRM campaigns through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other customer communication channels, as applicable.

- Monitor customer engagement, repeat purchases, and satisfaction levels.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports and performance dashboards.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve customer experience.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention.

- Ensure customer data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

- Support CRM process improvements, automation, and performance analysis.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
