Key responsibilities

- Administer and configure the CRM: users, roles, permissions, profiles, fields, page layouts, and picklists
- Build and maintain automations, including workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, and email templates
- Own data quality: run regular de-duplication, imports and exports, validation rules, and data cleanup
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales pipeline, lead conversion, forecasting, and team performance
- Reconcile CRM data with ERP and finance systems (orders, invoices, collections)




- Research and build targeted lead lists by industry, region, company size, and product fit
- Enrich leads with company data such as turnover, capacity, products, GST/registration details, and location

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience administering a CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Frappe CRM
- Robust grasp of sales processes: lead to order cycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 especially Excel, including lookups, pivots, and data cleaning
- Experience building reports and dashboards

Nice to have

- CRM certification (e.g.

Salesforce Certified

Administrator, Zoho CRM Certified)

- Basic knowledge of AI, SQL, APIs, or low-code automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple requests
