Hiring: Assistant / Deputy Credit Manager – Business Loans

Are you experienced in credit underwriting and business loan assessment? We are looking for a detail-oriented credit skilled to join our growing team in Bangalore!

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate business loan proposals and assess customer creditworthiness.
- Analyze financial statements, banking transactions, and cash flows.
- Conduct digital Personal Discussions (Digi-PD) and office/residence verification.
- Review CIBIL reports, identify risk indicators, and assess credit risk.
- Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assess customer business models, financial stability, and repayment capacity.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Make informed credit decisions with clear justifications.




- Monitor portfolio quality and identify early warning signals.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably in Business Loans.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, banking analysis, and cash flow assessment.
- Hands-on experience in CIBIL analysis, loan documentation, KYC, and compliance.
- Experience in the NBFC or banking sector preferred.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
