TheFactual builds fintech products for financial markets. We're launching with a crypto trading platform for phone traders, and creators are how it will spread.

About the Role We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Lead to recruit and activate the creators who promote our platform. You'll start by doing the work yourself, build the process, then hire and lead an outreach assistant and an editor. You'll own the creator numbers every week.

Key Responsibilities

- Find, contact and sign creators, influencers and channel owners on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Telegram and Discord
- Build and run the creator pipeline: lists, outreach, calls, onboarding and activation
- Write outreach scripts, briefs and simple SOPs
- Run the creator community on Discord or Telegram
- Hire, train and manage an outreach assistant and a video editor
- Track and report weekly: leads, replies, calls, creators signed, creators who posted
- Make sure every creator follows the disclosure and promotion rules

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience recruiting or managing creators, influencers or affiliates
- Has recruited creators who actually posted, and can share the numbers
- A clear outreach process,



with reply rates by channel
- Comfortable with outreach tools and AI for lists, scripts and drafts
- Robust written English and the ability to write clear SOPs

Preferred

- Experience with crypto or finance creators
- Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate programs
- Experience running Discord or Telegram communities

Compensation and Benefits

- ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month, fixed salary
- A bonus for every creator who actually posts
- 100% remote, flexible hours with one fixed hour of daily overlap
- Build a function from scratch and lead your own team
