Job Title: Creative Designer (Motion, AI & Digital Campaigns)

About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Creative Designer who thinks beyond traditional tools like Photoshop. We want a modern creator who combines exceptional design craft with AI workflows, motion design, storytelling, and digital culture to build work that people notice, share, and remember. You will work across social media, digital campaigns, websites, performance marketing, and immersive platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually compelling assets for social media (posts, carousels, stories, reels), digital campaigns, landing pages, and performance marketing.
- Develop key visuals, mood boards, style frames, and design directions from scratch based on briefs.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway) to accelerate ideation and production workflows.
- Produce basic-to-intermediate motion graphics, short-form video edits, and kinetic typography for digital and social channels.




- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of experience in creative design, digital marketing, advertising, or branding agencies.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI creative tools into your daily design process.
- A solid portfolio showcasing social-first creatives, campaign design, motion graphics, and digital content.
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
